 Stronger Seniors, Cardio Pilates Exercise by Anne Pringel Burnell, is targeted  for individuals over 55. Each program varies from 30 - 50  minutes, targeting  specific body parts. Monday & Wednesday classes preform the same program  at both sessions.  No Cost to the participant.
