 Stronger Seniors, Cardio Pilates Exercise by Anne Pringel Burnell, is targeted  for individuals over 55. Each program varies from 30 - 50  minutes, targeting specific body parts.  Some exercises are done from the chair and the chair is also used for balance and stability.  No Cost to the participant.
