Housing Rehabilitation Program
Hopewell Township has hired Blauer Associates to administer their Housing Rehabilitation Program. Assistance is provided as a combination of a forgivable and a deferred loan. Half of the assistance is a forgivable loan that converts to a grant after six (6) years. The other half is a deferred loan that is only paid back (without interest) when the home is sold.
The forms required to apply for to the Small Cities Home Rehabilitation Program are linked below. You can complete the forms and return them, along with the required information mentioned therein, to Township Offices at the Municipal Building, 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302 Attn: Jeannette Pace.
